(INLD) Om Prakash Chautala vows to be CM From tihar jail. Chautala, who appeared for the first time in
a public meeting after his conviction in theJBT scandal in February last year, said he
was not afraid of jail. Chautala said he was not greedy for power. But wanted to be CM that mean CM doesn't have power.
